Terms & Conditions

Shipping within Australia

Two Brothers only ships wine within Australia.

To purchase wine from our website and receive delivery upon payment, the buyer must be at least 18 years of age, located within Australia, and specify a delivery address within Australia. Under Australian law, alcoholic beverages may only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years or older.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If purchasing wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.


Pricing

Prices for wine, merchandise and accessories are stated in Australian dollars and may be listed per bottle or per case. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Two Brothers reserves the right to modify or withdraw any special offer advertised on the website at any time without notice.

If a product is incorrectly priced on the website, Two Brothers reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment taken. If payment has already been processed, the buyer will be notified and refunded in full.


Payment

Products purchased through our website must be paid for by Visa or MasterCard at the time of ordering.

If a credit card issuer declines or later revokes authorisation for a transaction, Two Brothers reserves the right to cancel the order and withhold delivery.

For orders placed using a “phone order” option, goods will not be dispatched until payment, including any applicable freight charges, has been confirmed.


Stock availability

All products are offered subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, Two Brothers will contact the buyer to arrange a replacement, alternative product, or refund.


Delivery

Two Brothers uses Australia Post eParcel Wine Delivery Service as its freight provider and will endeavour to dispatch all paid orders within 7 days of receiving payment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to operational conditions. Two Brothers cannot guarantee delivery times.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metropolitan areas: 7–10 working days

  • Regional areas: 10–14 working days

Tracking details can be provided on request.

If delivery instructions are provided by the buyer, Two Brothers will pass these instructions to the freight provider but accepts no responsibility if those instructions are not followed. If no instructions are provided and delivery cannot be completed, a collection notice will be left by Australia Post.

If an order is returned due to non-collection, the buyer will be required to pay additional freight charges before the order is resent.

Two Brothers accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to wine delivered according to buyer-specified instructions. Such instructions are provided at the buyer’s own risk.


Breakages

If an order arrives with broken bottles, the buyer must notify Two Brothers within 14 days of delivery. Replacement bottles or a credit will be issued. Two Brothers reserves the right to request proof of damage.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. Products remain the property of Two Brothers until full payment has been received.


Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to discuss a return or refund.

This policy does not apply to products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or broken after receipt.

All returned products must be in their original condition. Return postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using registered and insured post, as Two Brothers is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
